The “Amadeus” series is a new five-part British historical drama from Sky, premiering in December 2025, starring Will Sharpe as Mozart and Paul Bettany as Salieri, offering a fresh, energetic take on Mozart and Salieri’s rivalry, based on Peter Shaffer’s famous play. It’s described as a “smart and sexy” reimagining with lavish sets, authentic music, and a modern sensibility, airing on Sky Atlantic and NOW in the UK.
